Deadlines for returns and exchanges

Reason and timing for returns 

If you have received a product in the wrong size or colour, we are happy to help you find the right one! You have up to 15 days from receipt of your order to return the product.

Product condition 

Returned products must be in an original, unused condition. Make sure to keep all labels, cards and tags to ensure that your return goes smoothly.

Return charges 

You are responsible for return costs, unless the reason for return is due to a defective or damaged product. If this is the case, please contact us for further instructions, [email protected].

Replacement costs 

In the event of an exchange, no shipping costs will be charged for sending the new item.

Refund or exchange 

You can choose to receive a refund for the returned product or replace it with an equivalent product. We recommend that you start the returns procedure by logging into your account or by contacting the Loewenweiss team before returning a product, in order to facilitate the return process and obtain further information.

Shoes bought from retailers or third-party websites 

We do not accept returns for products purchased from retailers or online at third-party websites. We recommend contacting the seller directly.

Return value 

The value of the return shall be equal to the amount actually paid, excluding any shipping costs and after any discounts applied have been deducted.

Reserve 

We reserve the right to evaluate the condition of the goods and, if necessary, refuse the refund or charge the costs incurred to restore the goods.
